Ebay Frustration

So I recently bought an Ipod Touch on ebay like tuesday. I am totally stoked about it. BUT, i've emailed the guy like 2 or 3 times and he won't email me back. It's frustrating. No one seems to return my emails. RRRRRRRRRRRHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! ok now i feel better.
